The role involves preparing and managing construction sites, leading and coordinating teams, overseeing budgets and deadlines, ensuring material supply, collaborating with works managers, and maintaining safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in GO/TCE construction, strong rigor, and excellent team management and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

In new construction as well as rehabilitation, Spie batignolles construction régions operates throughout the national territory from design to delivery across all sectors of the building industry: industry, public facilities, healthcare, offices, housing, aquatic centers, education, hotels and chalets, maritime and river works, wineries and castles.

Spie batignolles Sud-Est, a group entity, is a recognized expert in the field of construction. As part of our activity growth, we are looking for a site manager in Lyon (69).

Under the responsibility of a works manager, your main missions will be:

• Prepare and manage the start of the construction site
• Lead, coordinate your team and maintain trusting relationships
• Manage your budget, deadlines, constraints and transmit essential information for site monitoring
• Ensure the smooth running and proper supply of materials
• Collaborate and advise your works manager on issues and propose alternative solutions
• Ensure safety, prevention and the environment, for the well-being of your team and the surrounding assets,
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and external service providers

You have significant experience in GO/TCE Construction,

You are rigorous and know how to manage the teams under your responsibility with respect for quality and safety,
