This role involves ensuring daily operational support for HSE teams, participating in QEHS inductions, and assisting with the preparation and verification of prevention plans and associated documents. The technician will conduct daily safety visits, act as a key contact for field safety referents, and actively contribute to the safety culture through animation and exchanges. Responsibilities also include identifying and analyzing occupational risks, updating TMS studies, managing Personal Protective Equipment, and maintaining HSE documentation and regulatory watch.

Must Have

• Provide daily HSE operational support on site.
• Assist with drafting and verifying prevention plans (fire permits, ATEX, confined spaces).

Job Description

🔧 Your main missions

Operational support

• Ensure a daily presence on site to answer HSE questions from teams and provide support during interventions.
• Participate in QEHS inductions for new arrivals or external contractors.

Preparation and control of interventions

• Help teams draft prevention plans and associated documents (fire permits, ATEX permits, confined spaces, work permits, etc.).
• Verify the compliance of these documents before work begins.

Site monitoring

• Conduct daily safety visits on ongoing sites (Safety Walk, Rethink the Risk, etc.).
• Be the main contact for field safety referents (Zero Injury orange caps).

HSE animation

• Monitor and validate the “safety moments” and “green minutes” carried out by the teams.
• Actively contribute to the safety culture by facilitating regular exchanges with employees.

Risk assessment and prevention

• Identify and analyze occupational risks in direct collaboration with operators (Update of the Single Document).
• Update the study related to Musculoskeletal Disorders (TMS Pro).

PPE management

• Ensure complete monitoring of Personal Protective Equipment (referencing, tests, monitoring table).

Documentation & monitoring

• Participate in regulatory watch regarding HSE.
• Update and draft the site's HSE documentation.

Qualifications

🎓 Desired profile

• Education: Minimum Bac +2 in HSE / QHSE.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar position, ideally in a demanding industrial environment.
• Strong preference for field presence and close work with operational teams.
• Rigour, communication skills, and ability to enforce HSE rules.
