Job Summary

The Group Leader position involves two main activities: production (inspection of technical installations) and operational team management (7 people), as well as participation in commercial actions. Key responsibilities include ensuring team performance, optimizing schedules, developing client portfolios, managing HR aspects like recruitment and training, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety policies. The role also includes performing technical assistance and regulatory inspections.

Must Have

  • Guarantee the good performance of your team (production, mission quality, invoicing, etc.) in line with objectives.
  • Ensure the optimization of interveners' schedules and coherence between missions/qualifications.
  • Lead commercial actions to develop and retain the agency's portfolio.
  • Manage and lead your team (recruitment, integration, follow-up of tutorials, absence management, annual interviews, mobility, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with the HR policy of the BU and the Group.
  • Monitor the maintenance and development of skills, qualifications, and authorizations of interveners.
  • Deploy and animate the Quality/Safety policy with your team.
  • Perform inspections of technical installations in various fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a control office.

Job Description

The Group Leader position involves two main activities: production (inspection of technical installations) and operational team management (7 people), as well as participation in commercial actions.

Driving economic performance:

  • Guarantee the good performance of your team (production, mission quality, invoicing, etc.) in line with objectives.
  • Ensure the optimization of interveners' schedules and coherence between missions/qualifications (load plan management, massification, assignment).
  • Lead commercial actions to develop and retain the agency's portfolio (contract reviews/calls for tender/client meetings/complaint management).
  • Participate in the technical analysis of disputes (recovery) or opportunities.
  • Create networks with clients, installers, and constructors.
  • Perform technical assistance and/or regulatory inspection services.

Management / HR:

  • Technically animate, train, and/or monitor the skill development of interveners.
  • Manage and lead your team in conjunction with the Agency Director (recruitment, integration, follow-up of tutorials, absence management, expense reports, annual interviews, mobility, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with the HR policy of the BU and the Group.

Safety, Quality, Authorizations, and Qualifications:

  • Monitor the maintenance and development of skills, qualifications, and authorizations of interveners within your scope.
  • Deploy and animate the Quality/Safety policy with your team and take corrective actions if necessary in conjunction with the Agency Director.
  • Participate in quality audits in conjunction with the Agency Director and in the processing of anomalies, claims, complaints, and disputes.

Inspection:

  • Perform inspections of technical installations in self-planning at clients in various fields.

Qualifications

You have at least 5 years of experience in a control office.

Technical, relational, and commercial qualities, as well as a strong team spirit, are essential assets for the satisfaction of our clients and our employees.

Autonomous and organized, you have a sense of priorities and show initiative.

Your adaptability allows you to respond to various daily demands.
