Waiter/Waitress - Pool Bar

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be a Heartist dedicated to providing exceptional service and cuisine in the Food & Beverage experience. Your role involves assisting guests with menu items, possessing full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and preparation methods, and adhering to all safety and sanitation policies. You will ensure guests feel unique and valued through warm, personal attention.

Must Have

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Experience in the pre-opening outlet operations
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
