D365 Functional Consultant (Supply Chain domain)

Join in complete end to end ERP implementation projects, discussing business requirements with customers, performing gap analysis, and proposing solutions. Configure MS Dynamics 365, prepare functional documents, conduct user training, and support UAT. Collaborate with technical teams for customization and participate in pre-sale activities. Requires 5+ years in D365 FO and BC implementation, proficiency in D365 FO Supply Chain Management, strong integration experience, and excellent communication skills.

Must Have

• Join in complete end to end ERP implementation project
• Discuss with customer to understand business requirement
• Doing gap analysis
• Propose solution to customer & do configuration in MS Dynamic 365
• Prepare functional requirement document & functional design document
• Do user training, support user acceptance test
• Cooperate with technical team to do customization
• Doing pre-sale & demonstration to customer
• Bachelor degree in related fields
• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) and Business Central (BC) implementation projects
• Proficient in D365 FO Supply Chain Management modules
• Strong integration experience between D365 FO and other systems
• Proven track record as a functional consultant in end-to-end ERP implementations
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer handling and stakeholder management abilities
