Job Summary
The Property Manager Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the Property Manager. The role focuses on tenant communication, leasing coordination, rent processing, maintenance dispatch, and system execution. Core responsibilities include serving as primary contact for routine tenant communications, triaging maintenance requests, supporting leasing activities, processing rent payments, coordinating vendors, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports.
Must Have
- Serve as primary contact for routine tenant and resident communications.
- Triage and coordinate maintenance requests and service issues.
- Support leasing activities including showings, applications, and lease preparation.
- Process rent payments, post charges, and track delinquencies.
- Coordinate vendors and follow up on work order completion.
- Maintain accurate tenant files, records, and compliance documentation.
- Generate standard operational reports using property management software.
- Schedule and conduct showings
- Process applications and documentation
- Prepare leases and renewals using approved templates
- Coordinate tenant onboarding
- Attentive to detail
