Job Summary
This Front of House and Office Management Support role at Version 1 requires a customer-focused individual to manage office operations from 08:30 am to 17:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, maintaining office stocks, managing meeting rooms and catering, handling mail, coordinating maintenance, liaising with building management, and supporting sustainability initiatives. The role also involves general office administration and project assistance.
Must Have

- Liaise with building management company
- Work in line with the Client’s environmental policy and targets
- Remain flexible in terms of out of hours emergency business support
- Produce monthly accounting reports

Job Description
This position is for a Front of House role and Office Management Support. The working hours are between 08:30 am - 17:00 pm Mon - Fri.
The right candidate will provide a customer focused service and to engender positive client and colleague relationships while demonstrating attention to detail and ownership of the processes relating to areas of responsibility.
Main Duties:
- To receive and welcome all visitors to the office, creating a favourable impression.
- To ensure office stocks are maintained.
- Adhere to and work in line with the company’s security policy, e.g., registering all visitors & contractors.
- Arrange taxi bookings for clients and visitors.
- To manage the booking of on-site meeting rooms and any associated catering requests.
- Provide further support to external corporate events where feasible.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail within the business and between our offices, ensuring that outgoing mail/packages are prepared for courier collections, arranged as required.
- Manage planned preventative and reactive maintenance with sub-contractors to ensure the service provided is in line with full statutory compliance.
- Liaise with building management company, as required.
- Work in line with the Client’s environmental policy and targets, leading sustainability initiatives and events.
- Remain flexible in terms of out of hours emergency business support.
- Produce monthly accounting reports as required.
- General Office Administration as needed.
- Assist in Workplace Operations Project work from time to time.
