Agile Project Manager [Luxury-Retail]

Adone Conseil, a European leader in management consulting for major Luxury and Retail brands, is seeking a Senior Product Owner/Agile Project Manager. This role involves supporting clients in optimizing processes and evolving information systems, working on international projects. The consultant will be responsible for IT solution deployment, process analysis, gathering user needs, drafting specifications, project steering (E2E), team coordination, and change management. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in product and information systems, master agile project management, and possess fluent English.

Job Description

As a Senior Product Owner, you will support Adone Conseil's clients in implementing the steering and monitoring of activities to optimize their processes and evolve their information systems. You will work directly with our clients, alongside Adone project teams, on various issues (business or IT), within the framework of international projects.

Your main missions

• Choice and deployment of IT solutions
• Analysis, formalization, and redesign of business processes
• Facilitation of workshops and collection of user needs
• Drafting of specifications (functional and technical), taking into account business needs
• Forecasting of resources (human, financial, technical) to be implemented
• Assistance to project ownership and E2E project steering (planning, budgets, reporting, etc.)
• Coordination of project teams
• Change management support (drafting documentation and deliverables, leading training sessions, etc.)
• Identification of commercial information

Qualifications

Graduated from an engineering, business, or university school, ideally with an IT / Digital / Information Systems orientation, you also have:

• A strong interest in product issues and information systems: terms like roadmap, backlog, ERP, API, SI architecture, or technical integration are familiar to you.
• A good command of agile project management with knowledge of different ceremonies and terms like Sprint, SCRUM, or User Stories.
• An ability to be comfortable in an international environment, with good remote collaboration skills.
• A client-oriented approach: understanding needs, quality of deliverables, detection of commercial opportunities.
• Fluent English.
