Java Developer

Synechron is seeking a skilled Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. As a core member of our development team, you will deliver innovative solutions that support business objectives across diverse industry domains. Must Have

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications and APIs aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and organizational standards.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance, and improve code quality.
• Design and develop database schemas, queries, and stored procedures to support application needs.
• Follow secure coding standards and ensure data integrity and compliance requirements are met.
• Participate in code reviews, functional testing, and deployment activities.

• Familiarity with IDEs like Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or NetBeans for efficient development
• Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, and data modeling
• Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
