Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead the design, deployment, and ongoing support of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions across our enterprise organization. In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders in HR, IT, and leadership to ensure that Oracle HCM Cloud systems are effectively aligned with business objectives, optimized for performance, and scalable for future growth. Your expertise will drive innovative, best-practice solutions that enhance human resources processes, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational success.
Must Have
- Lead the architecture and solution design for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and provide strategic guidance.
- Manage end-to-end project activities including configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Oversee integration strategies with other enterprise systems such as Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Finance.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, privacy policies, and regulatory requirements within Oracle HCM environments.
- Drive continuous improvements by staying current on Oracle HCM Cloud updates, features, and industry trends.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals, and facilitate training sessions.
- Provide technical leadership during upgrades, new module implementations, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configuration, and support.
- At least 3 years in a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant role leading complex HCM projects.
- Proven experience in implementing multiple Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead architectural discussions, design scalable solutions, and oversee integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Lead and participate in project planning, status meetings, and stakeholder presentations.
- Oversee system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing phases.

Qualifications
