Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid model (Novi Sad or Belgrade). This role involves developing, testing, and deploying advanced ML models, designing innovative AI-driven solutions, and collaborating with global teams to deliver breakthrough results. The engineer will also define and implement new features and stay updated on industry trends.

Must Have

• Minimum of 4 years in software development with a strong focus on Python
• Proficient in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models
• Experience with cloud technologies, Docker, REST APIs, and various database systems, including SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
• A passion for exploring new technologies with a track record of implementing cutting-edge techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a goal-oriented environment
• Fluency in English is required
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Possess valid work permit for Serbia
