Synechron is seeking an experienced and strategic Lead HR professional to oversee all human resources operations within the organization. In this leadership role, you will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's growth, culture, and operational excellence. Your expertise will influence employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness, contributing directly to business objectives and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
Must Have
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or ADP
- Strong MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience in data analysis and reporting
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures, including performance management, employee engagement, and compliance
- Ability to analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to multiple jurisdictions
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership responsibilities
- Proven success leading HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and change management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience leading HR teams and initiatives at a strategic level
- Continuous learning and professional development in HR best practices, employment law, and leadership skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

- Partner with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard top talent
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness
- Ensure HR compliance across all company locations and maintain documentation in line with legal standards.
- Analyze HR data, prepare reports to inform leadership decisions, and recommend improvements.
