Synechron is seeking a strategic and experienced Vision & Testing Lead responsible for steering the testing and validation of innovative technology projects involving blockchain, IoT, AI, and other emerging tools. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing comprehensive testing frameworks, and ensuring solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards. As a key figure in driving technological excellence, you will contribute to delivering high-impact projects aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Must Have

• Lead development and execution of testing strategies for emerging technology projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Develop automated testing frameworks and scripts for AI, blockchain, IoT.
• Guide and mentor testing teams in adopting best practices and automation tools.
• Conduct comprehensive test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Perform root cause analysis on failures, security vulnerabilities, and data anomalies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency.

• Expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks relevant to emerging tech (e.g., TestComplete, Appium, Selenium, or custom test scripts)
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks

• Collaborate daily with development, data science, product, and security teams to align testing efforts with project milestones
• Review code, test scripts, and documentation to ensure adherence to best practices

• Track and report testing progress, defect metrics, and compliance status to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields
• Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced, AI-specific testing certifications, or blockchain security certifications are highly desirable
• Proven experience leading testing initiatives for large-scale, advanced technological projects
