Business Test Analyst CSOB (M/F)

As a Business Test Analyst at CSOB, you will be responsible for project QA, preparing and executing manual functional and regression tests using JIRA Kanoah. Your role involves analyzing requirements, creating test strategies, defining test scenarios, and maintaining test data. You will provide expert support to the test team, communicate actively with product owners, and collaborate with development teams. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of testing experience, skilled in test scenario creation, manual functional testing, bug tracking tools like JIRA, and SW testing methodologies. A communicative level of English (B2) is also required.

Must Have

• Ensuring project QA (Quality Assurance)
• Preparation and execution of manual functional/regression tests using JIRA Kanoah
• Analysis of needs/requirements and creation of a testing strategy
• Setting and controlling testing procedures for the project
• Defining and running functional testing scenarios
• Preparation and maintenance of test data
• Providing expert support to test team members
• Active communication with the product owner, understanding and commenting on business assignments
• Cooperation with development components: analysts, programmers, specialists for automated testing
• Preparation of test documentation
• Min. 1 year experience in testing
• Experience with creating test scenarios based on business assignment analysis
• Experience with preparation and execution of manual functional tests
• Experience with using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Practical knowledge of SW testing methodologies, types of testing in JIRA Kanoah, SQL
• Communicative level of English (B2)

The basic monthly salary ranges from 1600 € gross. The final salary depends on previous experience, seniority in the desired area, and professional knowledge.
