Job Summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Game Aggregator team to expand its presence in regulated markets. The role involves driving new opportunities, enhancing market visibility, and increasing client base and revenue by communicating the platform's value and success stories. The manager will shape go-to-market strategies and identify new commercial opportunities globally.

Must Have

  • Drive business growth by acquiring high-potential B2B clients and partners for the Game Aggregator across regulated markets.
  • Actively reach out to potential clients via outbound channels, pitching our vision both online and at industry events.
  • Identify and develop opportunities such as new regulated markets, product bundles, and value-driven feature expansions.
  • Communicate the platform’s strengths, success cases, and performance insights to improve market awareness and conversion.
  • Develop and execute strategic approaches for market certification, ensuring strong positioning and competitive advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven expertise in outbound or account-based sales.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) and proficiency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, or Greek.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Solid prioritisation and time-management capabilities.
  • Good understanding of product development lifecycles and process management.
