Must Have
- Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for campaign execution.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Assist in optimizing marketing funnels to increase conversion rates.
- Track and report on key acquisition metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROI).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for marketing deliverables.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams for brand alignment.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships with finance and procurement.
- Oversee planning and execution of all marketing events.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless event delivery.
- Streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (iGaming, fintech, or high-growth digital industries).
- Proven knowledge of digital acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across digital channels such as paid media, affiliates, influencers, and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the iGaming and sportsbook industry.
- Assist in the optimization of marketing funnels to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
- Track and report on key acquisition metrics (CPI, CPA, LTV, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in marketing deliverables.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or other high-growth digital industries.
- Proven knowledge of digital acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
