Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for understanding business operations, implementing HR strategies, and designing talent development plans for R&D departments. This role involves providing comprehensive HR solutions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. The manager will also facilitate organizational communication, promote company culture, and contribute to group-level HR initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HR experience, ideally with HRBP experience in IT/internet companies supporting R&D, and practical knowledge of various HR modules and regulations.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Over 5 years of human resources work experience
  • Practical experience in at least two HR modules such as TA, ER, C&B, OC&OD
  • Familiarity with national human resources policies, laws, and regulations

Good to Have

  • HRBP experience in large IT/media/internet companies
  • Experience supporting R&D business systems

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the business status and team operations of the supported R&D department, comprehend business strategies, and promote the effective implementation of human resource strategies within the business department.

2. Based on the business team's situation, clarify the competency model, design personnel growth paths and training programs, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans, and follow up on their implementation.

3. Provide support for team development, apply professional theories, methods, and tools to provide comprehensive solutions for business teams, including recruitment, training, performance, and employee relations.

4. Through interaction with management and employees, establish effective and diversified channels to ensure smooth information flow within the organization, and promote the construction of company culture and the rapid development of business.

5. Participate in the formulation of comprehensive human resource solutions at the group level.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution, with over 5 years of human resources work experience.

2. Experience in HRBP roles in large IT/media companies/internet companies, with experience supporting R&D business systems being a plus.

3. Understand the basic work of various human resource modules, and possess practical experience in at least two modules such as TA (Talent Acquisition), ER (Employee Relations), C&B (Compensation & Benefits), OC&OD (Organizational Culture & Organizational Development), and be familiar with relevant national human resource policies, laws, and regulations.

4. Self-driven, strong thinking ability, diligent and responsible, approachable, and able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of the company.
