Job Summary
This role involves managing the full procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating suppliers to negotiating prices, executing orders, and controlling costs. The engineer will support R&D projects, maintain supplier databases, and ensure a robust supply chain. Requires a Master's degree, over 5 years of purchasing experience, strong negotiation, and teamwork skills.
Must Have
- Collect supply resources, establish and maintain supplier database.
- Support R&D new product development, including sample application.
- Responsible for supplier evaluation, inquiry, quotation analysis, negotiation, selection, and approval.
- Track sample ordering and parts verification, execute orders, manage delivery, and process invoices.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to build a reliable supply chain.
- Implement cost-down initiatives for cost control.
- Master's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Over 5 years of purchasing experience.
- Integrity, excellent negotiation, and teamwork skills.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Collect supply resources, establish, maintain, and update the supplier database.
2. Support new product development for R&D projects, including the application for R&D samples.
3. Responsible for supplier evaluation, inquiry, quotation analysis, negotiation, supplier selection and approval, sample ordering and parts verification tracking; order execution, delivery management, and invoice reimbursement.
4. Regular evaluation and audit of suppliers to establish and consolidate a reliable supply chain system.
5. Cost-down cost control.
6. Regular audits and supplier evaluations.
Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
2. Over 5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
