Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Over 3 years of full-time financial manager experience in large manufacturing, especially high-tech
- Proficiency in core financial modules: accounting, cost accounting, budget management, capital management, tax planning, financial risk control, financial analysis
- Experience in independently building and optimizing financial systems
- Familiarity with national financial regulations, tax policies, and high-tech enterprise financial incentives
- Strong capabilities in financial strategic planning, capital coordination, and risk control
- Ability to lead financial team building and promote digital transformation
- Meticulous logical thinking, strong stress resistance, and data sensitivity

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, majoring in finance, accounting, financial, or related fields. Proficient in using UFIDA financial system.
2. Possess over 3 years of full-time financial manager experience in large manufacturing companies, with core financial work experience in high-tech manufacturing, and a deep understanding of industry financial characteristics and compliance requirements.
3. Proficient in all core financial modules (accounting treatment, cost accounting, budget management, capital management, tax planning, financial risk control, financial analysis, etc.), with full-process practical operation experience, capable of independently building and optimizing financial systems.
4. Familiar with national financial regulations, tax policies, and relevant financial preferential policies for high-tech enterprises, possessing excellent financial strategic planning, capital coordination, and risk control capabilities.
5. Possess strong cross-departmental collaboration, team management, and communication skills, capable of leading financial team building and promoting financial digital transformation and efficiency improvement.
6. Meticulous logical thinking, strong stress resistance, sensitive to data, and able to provide professional support for business decision-making based on financial data.
