Job Summary
This role is for an International Business Financial Accountant, a fresh graduate position based in Tianjin, China. The primary responsibilities include researching and complying with local tax policies, managing project site funds, preparing and analyzing budgets, and reviewing financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or above, excellent academic performance, and foreign language proficiency at CET-4 or TEM-4 level.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Research tax policies in the project location, reasonably avoid tax according to local regulations, propose tax policy opinions, and timely complete the declaration and payment of various taxes and fees in the project location;
2. Responsible for managing various fund receipts and payments at the project site; register daily cash and petty cash journals for transactions occurring on site, ensuring daily reconciliation; understand on-site funding channels and local exchange rate trends; responsible for reconciling on-site bank accounts to ensure consistency between accounts and actuals; verify fund transactions with on-site construction units and urge construction units to repay;
3. Responsible for preparing the project budget and performing budget breakdown; prepare and declare monthly expense budgets; analyze project budget execution, forecast budget execution, and supplement or adjust the project budget;
4. Review various expense reimbursement vouchers on site, review personal advance applications, ensuring economic transactions are real and vouchers are legal; regularly check the accuracy of manual vouchers and the update status of various manual ledgers.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fresh graduates, excellent overseas students;
2. Good conduct and excellent academic performance;
3. For non-foreign language majors, foreign language proficiency must reach national CET-4 or above; for foreign language majors, foreign language proficiency must reach professional TEM-4 level or be excellent, with fluency in oral and written translation preferred;
4. Graduates who served as student cadres, received scholarships, or school-level advanced titles during their studies, and student party members are preferred.
