Job Summary

Stibo Systems is seeking a passionate Sales Director to lead and develop its EMEA Enterprise Account Management organization. This role focuses on driving customer success and revenue growth within large enterprise accounts across Europe, helping existing customers with their digital transformation. The successful candidate will join an international software company with a strong heritage and collaborative culture, delivering value through master data management solutions.

Must Have

  • Achieve growth and profitability targets within your region through effective account planning and customer engagement.
  • Build trusted executive-level relationships (C-suite) within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Lead, coach, and empower a team of (Senior) Account Managers to expand relationships and grow revenue.
  • Strengthen collaboration with Partners and GSIs to drive joint pipeline and customer success.
  • Provide strategic guidance on customer engagement, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and effective use of CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.).
  • 10+ years of successful sales leadership experience in enterprise software.
  • Proven track record on double digit growth of existing accounts.
  • Experience operating in complex, international matrix organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing seven-digit annual revenue portfolios.
  • Engaging at C-level.
  • Fluency in English.

Good to Have

  • Expertise with Product Information Management (PIM) and/or Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Expertise in Master Data Management for Customer B2B, B2C as well as Data onboarding / syndication.
  • Expertise in Industries like Retail, Manufacturing, FSI and CPG.
  • Additional European languages.

Job Description

The Role

Your focus will be to lead and develop our regional Enterprise Account Management team covering key markets including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK/I, Nordics, France, and Benelux. You will define and execute the regional account strategy, drive customer success and revenue growth, and strengthen our long-term customer relationships.

More specifically, you will:

  • Achieve growth and profitability targets within your region through effective account planning and customer engagement

You’ll be part of the EMEA Sales Leadership Team, reporting to the SVP, Sales EMEA. Working closely with other sales leaders, you will help strengthen Stibo Systems’ position in the market and ensure that our customers experience true partnership and value realization.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a leader with confidence, energy, and genuine passion for customer success — someone who inspires those around them and builds strong, lasting relationships both internally and externally.

You bring:

  • 10+ years of successful sales leadership experience in enterprise software, including managing (Senior) Account Managers and scaling all aspects of the sales function.
  • Proven track record on double digit growth of existing accounts and a strategic approach to drive expansion within large enterprise customers
  • Experience operating in complex, international matrix organizations
  • A proven track record of managing seven-digit annual revenue portfolios and engaging at C-level
  • Expertise with Product Information Management (PIM) and/or Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, specifically Master Data Management for Customer B2B, B2C as well as Data onboarding / syndication is an advantage
  • Expertise in Industries like, Retail, Manufacturing, FSI and CPG is an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills — collaborative, strategic, and hands-on
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
