This is the role and main tasks
As Senior Process Excellence Specialist, you will anchor Stibo Systems’ process excellence capability by designing, measuring, and continuously improving business processes. You will introduce a repeatable operating model for process governance, ensuring processes are documented, owned, measured, and optimized across functions.

More specifically, you will:
- Implement Process Excellence in Stibo Systems; You will drive our process improvement roadmap and build capabilities and tooling across the different functions.
- Build the Process Excellence Framework, you will define process standards, hierarchy, and ownership models with the Leadership team as well as establish governance cadences, and ensure critical processes are documented, measured, and maintained. Identify critical business processes on Strategic, Tactical and Operational levels.
- Drive Cross-Functional Improvements, you will map and optimize end-to-end processes, standardize handoffs, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Process Performance & KPI Governance, you will define process-level KPIs, partner with BI to visualize performance, and embed metrics into leadership and operational routines.

You will partner with Business Intelligence, functional leaders, and process owners to ensure processes are measurable, scalable, and continuously optimized. You will report directly to Simon Hartington, Director Strategy & Transformation.
Who we are looking for
