Join Stibo Systems' Innovation Team as a Senior Data Scientist to explore and apply the latest advancements in AI, particularly Machine Learning and Agentic AI. You will develop and deploy advanced ML models to enhance data quality, automate workflows, and recommend actions within the MDM platform "STEP" and cloud-based Data-as-a-Service offerings, creating significant value for global brands.
Must Have
- Lead research into new machine learning models and agentic AI applications.
- Establish and execute innovation projects with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Design and implement agentic workflows and AI solutions for master data processes.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver prototypes and proof of concepts.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and integrate models across cloud environments.
- Master’s degree in data science, computer science, or a related field with a strong focus on machine learning and AI.
- 3 to 5 years of experience implementing AI/ML in software products.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework or similar.
- Knowledge about microservices and cloud platforms (Azure, Docker).

This is the role and main tasks
As a Senior Data Scientist in our Innovation Team, you will play a critical role in constantly keeping us on our toes with latest developments within the field of artificial intelligence. Relentlessly, you will explore new advances in technology that we can apply in our software solutions to create more value for our customers – large global brands in manufacturing, distribution, and retail.
Your work will also evolve around developing and deploying advanced machine learning models that improve data quality, automate complex workflows, and recommend the next best action in data management tasks. By harnessing the power of agentic workflows, you’ll help transform how businesses handle their data within our multidomain MDM platform "STEP" and our cloud-based Data-as-a-Service offerings.
More specifically you will
- Lead, and execute, the research into new machine learning models and agentic AI, and their application related to our current software offerings
- Lead, and execute, the establishment and execution of innovation projects with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Design and implement agentic workflows and other AI solutions that autonomously manage and maintain master data processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver prototypes and proof of concepts on innovation and co-innovation projects.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and integrate these models across our cloud environments.

Technologies include (applies for technical positions), but are not limited to
- Python
- Large, and Small Language Models
- Agentic workflows, agent frameworks
- Experience with machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch) and microservices
- Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud environments
