Job Summary

As a Junior HR Business Partner at Stibo Software Group, you will be a key support for employees and leaders within the Shared Service Center. Job Description

Our Shared Service Center plays a key role in supporting and enabling our colleagues across Stibo Systems and Stibo DX, ensuring efficient operations, aligned practices, and a consistent employee experience. We’re now looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to help strengthen our HR operations, maintain high-quality processes, and support leaders and employees across the SSC.

The Role and Your Main Tasks

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted partner to employees and leaders in our Shared Service Center. Your role combines HR advisory, operational support, and structured coordination across people-related processes. A strong structural mindset and the ability to bring clarity and organization into daily HR tasks will be essential to thriving in this role.

More specifically, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions across the Shared Service Center.
  • Provide clear guidance on policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
  • Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
  • Assist in employee relations matters to help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Support leaders through performance and development cycles, including coordination of training needs.
  • Assist with workforce planning and talent management in close collaboration with leaders and finance.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and ensure alignment of contracts, job descriptions, and salary bands.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as, well-being initiatives, and process optimization.
  • Drive structure and continuous improvements to HR processes and documentation.

The Team

Reporting to the Director, Staff & Facility You’ll work closely with leadership in the SSC. As the only dedicated HR specialist in the SSC, you will also collaborate with HR colleagues in Stibo Systems and Stibo DX, leveraging their best practices to ensure accurate data, aligned processes, and consistent employee experience. We work closely together on policies, processes, and shared initiatives. We support one another, share knowledge, and ensure HR remains a strong and reliable partner to the business.

Who We Are Looking For

You are structured, people-oriented, and eager to contribute to a well-functioning HR setup. You enjoy creating clarity, improving processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both employees and leaders.

Additionally, you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Some experience in an HR support or coordinator role (internships included).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with great attention to detail.
  • High integrity and the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Solid organizational skills and a structured approach to planning and prioritization.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, ideally Workday, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
