Must Have

• Lead, motivate, and build a structure of aspiring salespeople.
• Actively participate in team selection, adaptation, development, and career growth.
• Properly conduct sales conversations and identify business opportunities.
• Acquire skills of a successful manager.
• Correctly set up and manage team activities.
• Actively manage business results.
• Secondary education with matriculation, post-secondary/higher vocational education, or university degree (I. or II. level).
• Education in economics, humanities, technical, or IT fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Internet.
• Driving License B.
