As an H&M Sales Advisor, you will support customers to enjoy comfortable shopping. You will greet customers with a smile, guide them through the store to find desired products, and introduce H&M items. You will uphold the company's philosophy and contribute to your own and the company's growth. Our stores are important places where customers directly experience the H&M brand. Everyone working in the store, including sales advisors, store managers, and visual merchandisers, strives to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. We also collaborate with area teams, sharing information with other stores to achieve success together. We support customers in enjoying the latest trends and styles that suit them, building good relationships and delivering fashion to many people.
Must Have
- Clearly communicate fashion and product knowledge to help customers choose suitable items.
- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction with their H&M shopping experience.
- Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized back office for a comfortable environment.

Employment contract period: Indefinite employment contract (full-time employee)
Trial period: 3-6 months (salary and working hours during trial period are the same as permanent employment)
Place of employment: (Immediately after hiring) H&M (Musashimurayama store name), or other designated stores (Scope of change) Sales and company-defined duties at headquarters
Working hours: Shift system every month (8 hours work, 60 minutes break)
Days off: Two days off per week
Details of overtime work: Prior approval from the store manager is required for overtime to ensure work-life balance
Annual salary: 2.55 million yen (annual salary system) ~
