The Junior Key Account Manager will be a strategic partner, guiding doctors towards success by optimizing profiles, providing personalized advice, and analyzing performance metrics.

Must Have

  • Welcome and support new specialists during onboarding
  • Optimize Google Ads profiles and campaigns for visibility

Job Description

Drive the growth and profitability of the accounts under your charge, strengthening the relationship with doctors and ensuring they get the maximum value from Doctoralia's solutions. You will be a strategic partner for their businesses, guiding them towards success.

What you will do:

  • Welcome and accompany new specialists during their Onboarding process.
  • Optimize profiles and Google Ads campaigns to increase their visibility and results.
  • Offer personalized advice and proactive follow-up to detect opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Analyze key metrics and campaign performance, transforming data into effective strategies.
  • Design action plans that boost profitability and increase the Lifetime Value (LTV) of each client.
  • Manage a portfolio of more than 100 doctors, prioritizing long-term relationships and sustained growth.
  • Retain and build loyalty with specialists, ensuring their permanence and satisfaction with the service.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or account management (KAM), managing high-volume portfolios.
  • Experience managing between 120 and 150 assigned clients, ensuring close and quality service.
  • Desirable experience in technology, startup, marketing, or advertising companies.
  • Solid knowledge in post-sales follow-up, retention, and customer renewal, using various communication channels.
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM, Zoom, Google Workspace (G Suite), and Slack.
  • Experience in Google Ads campaign analysis and using data to generate value strategies.
  • Mindset oriented towards problem-solving, customer retention, and account growth.
