Job Summary
The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with customers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system development projects. Key responsibilities include process documentation, preparing functional specifications, supporting QA testing, and leading user acceptance testing (UAT). The role also involves assisting with proposal development for new project opportunities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and providing post-deployment support to end users. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, particularly in a bilingual English/Korean environment.
Must Have
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system development projects
- Conduct interviews and workshops in both Korean and English
- Document functional and technical requirements with bilingual clarity
- Develop future-state process documentation and detailed functional specifications
- Facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders in Korean and English
- Prepare UAT test cases and support customers during user acceptance testing
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion
- Provide guidance, training, and support to end users after system deployment
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
- 3-5+ years of asset management, corporate employee service operations, or project management experience
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Bilingual (English / Korean)
Good to Have
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management and enterprise SaaS products support

Position Summary:
The Business Analyst will work closely with customers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system development projects. This role includes process documentation, preparing functional specifications, supporting QA testing, and leading user acceptance testing (UAT). The Business Analyst will also assist with proposal development for new project opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze customer requirements for technology implementation projects
- Conduct interviews and workshops in both Korean and English
- Document functional and technical requirements with bilingual clarity
- Develop future-state process documentation and detailed functional specifications
- Facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders in Korean and English
- Prepare UAT test cases and support customers during user acceptance testing
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion
- Provide guidance, training, and support to end users after system deployment
- Support proposal and pre-sales activities when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or related work experience
- Three to five years or more of asset management or corporate employee service operations or project management
- Proficient with MS offices like excel, word, power point etc.
- Prefers for three or more years of experience in Product Management and enterprise SaaS products support
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Bilingual (English / Korean)
