Bilingual IT Infrastructure Engineers

This role involves managing and monitoring IT infrastructure in a 24x7 environment, ensuring uptime and performance. Responsibilities include providing operational support, resolving incidents following ITIL/ITSM processes, and acting as a bilingual liaison between Japanese and English-speaking teams. The engineer will work on servers, networks, cloud platforms (AWS, VMware), and middleware tools, communicating effectively with global stakeholders and maintaining accurate documentation. Freshers with Japanese language certification are welcome, alongside experienced professionals with 6 months to 9 years in bilingual roles.

Must Have

• Certified in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2/N3)
• Strong English bilingual communication skills
• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts for PAN India operations
