Job Summary
Frubis, a digital agency founded by ex-Googlers with over 10 years of experience in performance and brandformance campaigns across Latin America, is seeking an Account Strategist. This role involves planning, creating, and optimizing advertising accounts on search engines and social media for Frubis clients. The strategist will collaborate with internal and client teams to achieve KPIs, analyze campaign results, and propose data-driven improvements to enhance performance.
Must Have
- Plan, create, and optimize advertising accounts on search engines and social media for Frubis clients.
- Liaise with internal and client teams to achieve proposed KPIs.
- Analyze campaign results, propose improvements, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive and capable of self-management.
- Demonstrable analytical ability, including reporting and analysis from previous roles.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Google Analytics.
- Google Ads certification.
- Student or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related economic fields.

Job Description
On this occasion, we are looking for an Account Strategist for our digital agency.
Among their main functions will be:
- Plan, create and optimize advertising accounts mainly in search engines and
social networks for Frubis clients.
- Relate with internal teams and especially with clients to achieve the proposed KPIs.
- Analyze campaign results and propose improvements. Base decisions on data
and arrive at actionable insights that improve results.
Qualifications
Tools
- Desirable to have knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads or Google Analytics.
- Google Ads certified (desirable).
Skills
- Proactive and with self-management ability.
- Demonstrable analytical ability: reporting and analysis in previous jobs.
Required Studies
- Students or graduates of the following careers: Business Administration,
Marketing, or related economic careers.
