Job Summary

As an Account Director at Leo Burnett, you will lead strategic health accounts, building strong client relationships and delivering high-impact strategies and communications for clients in the health and pharmaceutical sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand and media strategies, overseeing budgeting, and managing all campaign activities, ensuring innovative and high-quality ideas that achieve business objectives.

Must Have

  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the agency.
  • Lead strategic health accounts, managing senior client relationships.
  • Develop and execute brand and media strategies for health-focused clients.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls for assigned accounts.
  • Manage all campaign activities, including traditional, digital, and health-related events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Health-related fields, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of media planning, especially in digital environments, with experience in health campaigns.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills to manage teams and complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.

Good to Have

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of media planning tools such as Kantar Tom-Micro, Galileo, EGM, or similar, ideally applied to the health sector.
  • Previous experience in agencies or clients in pharmaceuticals, hospitals, or health products.

Overview

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service with high-impact strategies and communications that generate measurable business results for our clients in the health and pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the agency, building strong relationships with marketing teams and key stakeholders in the health sector.
  • Lead strategic health accounts, managing senior client relationships and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute brand and media strategies for health-focused clients, including digital and traditional campaigns.
  • Ensure ideas are innovative, high-quality, and contribute to achieving clients’ business and brand objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with other agency partners and key health sector media and organizations.
  • Manage all campaign activities, including traditional, digital, and health-related events (non-performance).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Health-related fields, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of media planning, especially in digital environments, with experience in health campaigns.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills to manage teams and complex projects.
  • Open to new ideas and changes, proactive, dynamic, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Advanced English proficiency (to be assessed during the interview).
  • Knowledge of media planning tools such as Kantar Tom-Micro, Galileo, EGM, or similar, ideally applied to the health sector.
