Must Have

Good to Have

  • Previous limousine driving experience.
  • Minimum of four years customer service experience.
  • Additional foreign language skills.
  • A CDL license.

Job Description

The Limousine Driver is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to each and every guest. They will be responsible for exceeding guest expectations through positive interactive skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining the Wynn standards of service to guests and coworkers at all times.
  • Responsible for driving guests and/or employees to and from Wynn Las Vegas and other locations as needed.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
  • Open and close car doors for all guests.
  • Answer guest inquiries about hotel facilities and general information about our property and the city of Las Vegas.
  • Ensures the Wynn standards of cleanliness and appearance for all areas around the property as well as inside the vehicles.
  • Responsible for daily inspections of the vehicles and reporting any issues to management.
  • Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards.
  • Operates all vehicles in a safe manner by obeying all traffic laws and applicable pedestrian regulations.
  • Knows and adheres to Wynn policies and procedures, embrace company culture and take pride in the resort and amenities.
  • Understands and well versed in the resort, hotel features and services including all outlets, hours of operation, activities and events available to guests.
  • Attends required meetings and training classes and incorporates new standards, service knowledge and safety into daily work practices.
  • Looks for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments or leaders at all times.
  • Solution oriented, stays on task and promotes teamwork.
  • Smiles, makes eye contact and communicates professionally with guests at all times.
  • Ability to use a two-way radio; ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.
  • Performs all other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous limousine driving experience is preferred, but not required.
  • A minimum of four years customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to drive different sized vehicles with both automatic and standard transmissions including: sedans, limousines, and shuttle buses.
  • Candidate should be knowledgeable about the Las Vegas area and attractions.
  • Required to learn the latest consumer technology (i.e. Bluetooth, smart phones, tablets, etc.) in order to provide seamless and efficient service.
  • Candidate must be able to work efficiently within a team environment.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate must be well groomed and professional.
  • Must be able to communicate English with guests, management, and other employees to their understanding. Additional foreign language a plus.
  • Must be available to work all shifts and be able to flex schedule based on business demands.
  • Willingness to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding guests and staff.
  • Combination of education equivalent to graduation from high school (High school diploma) or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • A valid Nevada State driver’s license is required. A CDL license is preferred, but not required.
