Key Responsibilities (Position Related):
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and disease area knowledge.
- Achieve/exceed regional targets.
- Execute marketing strategies clarified by the marketing manager.
- Identify and collaborate with target HCPs from appropriate market segments to achieve promotion plans.
- Fully understand key HCPs in the region and responsible area.
- Update customer data.
- Coordinate local "in-hospital meetings".
- Timely update HCP information and conduct visits according to plan.
- Establish and maintain contact with key HCPs, understanding customer (medical) needs.
- Achieve and maintain company requirements regarding visit rate, knowledge level, ability, behavior, and personal image.
- Regularly (daily) report visits in the ETMS system.
- Provide accurate reports and contact direct supervisor according to prescribed procedures.
- Provide direct supervisor with information on the effectiveness of BMS promotional materials.
- Develop and improve professional knowledge by participating in training, conferences, and self-study medical literature.
- Share knowledge and experience with team members.
- Manage professional equipment and promotional materials, ensuring they are in good condition.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, life sciences or related fields.
- Familiar with local hospital promotion work.
- 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills, teamwork spirit, ability to independently analyze and solve problems, and work under pressure.
