Job Summary

The Anhui Province Regional Manager is responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, and managing dealers within Anhui Province. Key duties include executing agency contracts, achieving sales targets, analyzing market competition, and formulating development strategies. The role also involves establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, hospital management, and relevant government bodies to ensure successful project implementation and compliance with medical insurance, pricing, and bidding regulations.

Must Have

  • Develop new business and maintain existing clients in Anhui Province.
  • Manage dealers and achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Understand market competition and distribution channels.
  • Formulate and implement development strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing projects and volume in hospitals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, hospital experts, and senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government departments like the Drug Administration and Health Commission.
  • Cooperate with government affairs and business departments on medical insurance, pricing, and bidding.

Job Description

Responsible for new business development, existing customer maintenance, and dealer management in Anhui Province.

1. Responsible for executing and completing agency contracts and target tasks in the responsible area;

2. Understand market competition and distribution channel resources within the responsible area, formulate and implement corresponding development strategies;

3. For installed equipment in developed hospitals, formulate and implement corresponding project additions and volume increase strategies;

4. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers and hospitals with installed equipment in the region: laboratory experts and hospital senior management;

5. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant government departments in the region: Drug Administration, Health Commission, etc.;

6. Actively cooperate with the Government Affairs Department and Business Department to handle medical insurance, pricing, bidding, and other work in the region.
