Razer is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Sales Manager to manage and grow sales within a portfolio of key regional retail partners like Meijer, Nebraska Furniture Mart, BJ’s Wholesale Club, and NATM accounts. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams for optimal product positioning. The manager will build strong relationships, manage channel marketing, provide sales support, analyze performance, and negotiate contracts, ensuring sustained growth in the regional retail environment.

Must Have

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets at Regional Retailers (minimum of 3-5 years experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills using tools like Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to think strategically and translate market insights into revenue
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20%)

Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Regional Retail Channel Sales Manager that knows how to get things done at Regional Retailers such as Meijer, Nebraska Furniture Mart, BJ’s Wholesale Club, and NATM accounts. You will manage and grow our sales within a portfolio of key regional retail partners. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and optimal product positioning in the regional retail environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key contacts and decision-makers within assigned retail accounts.
  • Strategic Business Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive joint business plans, including performance objectives, KPIs, and financial targets, to drive sustained growth.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets by identifying new sales opportunities and driving sell-through and sell-out performance.
  • Channel Marketing & Merchandising: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement channel marketing strategies, manage merchandising plans (e.g., planograms, fixtures), and ensure effective in-store and online product presentation.
  • Enablement & Support: Provide training and support to partner sales staff on product offerings, features, and value propositions to ensure successful product positioning and sales.
  • Performance Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions and provide reliable sales forecasts to internal stakeholders.
  • Contract Negotiation & Compliance: Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with channel partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conflict Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve potential channel conflicts by fostering excellent communication and adherence to channel rules of engagement.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate market insights into revenue
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events (up to 20% travel may be required).

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$99,567.00 - $165,945.00
