Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive human resource management of the business unit, including talent inventory, organizational structure optimization, HR planning, and timely staffing. Key duties involve establishing competitive compensation, developing training and talent programs, implementing performance management to achieve business targets, and maintaining job descriptions and evaluation systems. The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR or related fields and over 3 years of full-scope HR management experience.
Must Have
- Responsible for human resource management of the business and promoting the implementation of various plans
- Organize talent inventory, optimize organizational structure, formulate and implement human resource planning
- Establish competitive and fair compensation management system
- Formulate training and talent development plans
- Establish and promote company objective management and performance appraisal
- Establish and maintain job descriptions, job evaluation system, and core competency model
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related majors
- 3+ years of full-scope human resources management experience
- Familiar with relevant national policies and regulations, and various functional modules of human resource management

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the human resource management of the business unit and promoting the implementation of various plans, ensuring timely staffing at all levels;
2. Organize talent inventory, optimize organizational structure, formulate human resource planning, and organize its implementation;
3. Actively establish a competitive and fair compensation management system to motivate employees' potential and enthusiasm, and enhance cohesion;
4. Formulate training and talent development plans that match the group's development stage, providing internal human resource support for the company's business development;
5. Actively establish and promote company objective management and performance appraisal to achieve the company's annual operating targets and improve organizational and individual efficiency;
6. Organize the establishment and maintenance of job descriptions, establish a practical and standardized job evaluation system, determine job value and grade system, and gradually establish a core job competency model and personnel assessment system to improve the foundational work of human resources;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related majors;
2. 3+ years of full-scope human resources management experience, with a background in property management, logistics, or manufacturing preferred;
3. Strong work planning, rigorous style, strong execution, affinity, and results-oriented;
4. Familiar with relevant national policies and regulations, and familiar with various functional modules of human resource management.
