You’ll gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and employer branding initiatives while working alongside a passionate, fast-moving team that thrives on impact.
Must Have
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various platforms.
- Support resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communications to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
- Support through the end-to-end hiring processes to ensure positive experience for all candidates.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by researching best practices, gathering feedback from new hires and hiring managers, and using data to refine recruitment strategies over time.
- Build strong connections with our global, regional, and local TA teams to support hiring efforts across different markets.
- Assist with onboarding, career fairs, campus programs, and branding activities that showcase Razer as an employer of choice.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws.
- Undertake any ad-hoc task assigned by the manager/ HR management team from time to time.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for connecting with people.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a drive to learn.
- Ability to commit for a minimum of 6 months, full-time for maximized learning exposure.
