Job Summary
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive control, management, and supervision of road, bridge, and tunnel projects. This includes ensuring quality, managing costs, overseeing progress, and achieving project targets. The role requires managing project application and approval processes, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining a positive construction environment. Candidates should have over three years of project management experience, particularly in large-scale projects, and be proficient in construction procedures and quality control.
Must Have
- Ability to control quality, cost, progress, and target management for road, bridge, and tunnel projects
- Responsible for overall control, management, and supervision of construction period, engineering quality, construction safety, coordination with all parties, and engineering costs
- Ability to manage and coordinate project application and approval work
- Good at external liaison, communication, conflict resolution, and relationship balancing
- More than three years of work experience as a project manager
- Rich on-site construction management experience, at least three years of experience in large-scale projects
- Familiar with construction procedures, processes, and quality control
- Capable of reasonable control over construction progress, quality, and cost
- Familiar with Shenzhen project construction management regulations
- Excellent internal and external coordination skills
- Proficient driving
- Accept long-term project residency and long-term business trips nationwide

Job Introduction
Responsibilities:
1. Capable of quality control, cost control, progress control, and target management for engineering technology and construction of road, bridge, and tunnel projects; responsible for overall control, management, and supervision of construction period, engineering quality, construction safety, coordination with all parties, and engineering costs for projects developed by the company.
2. Capable of managing and coordinating project application and approval work.
3. Good at external liaison and communication, resolving conflicts, balancing relationships, maintaining a good construction environment, and responsible for coordinating business relationships with all parties involved in project construction.
Qualifications:
1. Candidates with a National Class 1 Constructor Certificate are preferred.
2. More than three years of work experience as a project manager; rich on-site construction management experience, at least three years of experience in large-scale projects.
3. Familiar with construction procedures, processes, and quality control, capable of reasonable control over construction progress, quality, and cost.
4. Familiar with various management regulations for project construction in Shenzhen, with excellent internal and external coordination skills.
5. Abide by employer's regulations, possess good character, responsibility, and professionalism.
6. Possess clear thinking and considerable leadership ability in work.
Note: Proficient driving required, acceptance of long-term project residency and long-term business trips nationwide is preferred. Project locations: Jiangsu, Wuhan, Guangzhou.
