Project Manager Games

Booming Games is seeking a Project Manager for Games to lead projects from inception to completion. The role involves accountability for project results, working with stakeholders to define scope and deliverables, resolving issues, tracking milestones, and reporting status. The Project Manager will also administer team meetings, shield the team from distractions, and implement process improvements. This position requires at least 2 years of IT project management experience, strong technical knowledge, and familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.

Must Have

• Leadership of projects from inception to completion
• Accountability for project results
• Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to complete project charter
• Resolve issues and solve problems throughout project lifecycle
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports
• Administration of team and retrospective meetings
• Shielding the team from business distractions
• Implement and safeguard process improvements
• 2+ years of IT project management experience
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task
• Strong technical knowledge
• Experience operating in agile and waterfall project management style
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Working knowledge of Google GSuite
• Working knowledge of Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence) and/or OpenProject
• Fluent in English

Requirements

• Experience operating in an agile and waterfall project management style environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills; able to assemble and present information in a clear and structured manner.
• Working knowledge of Google GSuite.
• Working knowledge of Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence) and/or OpenProject.
• Fluent in English.
