Digital Factory Project Manager (East China)

This role involves managing digital factory projects, primarily for internal clients in East China. Key responsibilities include overseeing project implementation, ensuring quality and timelines, conducting demand analysis, and designing solutions. The manager will also be responsible for system integration, data collection, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Strong client communication, team leadership, and a deep understanding of manufacturing IT systems like ERP, MES, and PLM are essential for success.

Must Have

• Responsible for digital factory project implementation and management.

Digital Factory Project Manager (East China)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for digital factory project management (currently mainly serving internal Changhong projects in Hefei and Jiangsu)

1. Project Implementation and Management: Responsible for the implementation and management of digital factory projects, ensuring project progress and quality, proficient in project management processes and key nodes;

2. Demand Analysis and Solution Design: Conduct demand analysis, solution design, coding development, and other phase work to ensure projects are completed on time and with quality;

3. System Integration and Data Management: Responsible for the development and implementation of data collection systems, integration between equipment layer, data collection layer, MES, and other systems, enabling visualization of production operations and management, big data analysis, and intelligent decision-making;

4. Client Communication and Coordination: Communicate with senior clients, key users, or project teams, present solution value, and ensure client needs are met;

5. Team Building and Knowledge Management: Organize the construction of the company's project pre-sales consulting, implementation, and service knowledge system to help improve the team's professional capabilities.

Requirements: (Requires integrated software + hardware project experience, at least 5 million CNY or larger projects, with software accounting for 2-3 million CNY or more, adaptable to national business travel)

1. Full-time bachelor's degree, around 35 years old; 5 years or more of manufacturing IT system project management experience, familiar with the implementation and management of ERP, MES, PLM, and other systems;

2. Possess excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with team spirit; master project management knowledge systems, proficient in using project management tools; strong analytical and client communication skills, able to independently solve complex business problems;

3. Familiar with manufacturing enterprise production processes, understand discrete manufacturing management models; possess written documentation skills, able to independently present solutions or system demonstrations to clients.
