Job Summary
The Client Services Specialist for Daily Banking Ireland and UK at ING supports corporate Irish clients with their daily banking needs, including payment queries, account management, confirmations, and statements. This role involves financial data investigation, direct client communication in English, and collaboration with internal teams across Europe to ensure superior client satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
Must Have
- Support corporate Irish clients with their queries
- Responsible for financial data investigation and analysis
- Provide direct support to corporate clients in banking operational workflow topics
- Directly communicate with clients in English to build relationships
- Maintain contacts with clients and/or stakeholders
- Cooperate and partner with other internal teams across Europe
- Coordinate opening of different types of accounts for clients
- Identify and bring forward suggestions for continuous improvement
- At least 3+ years of experience with client services
- Exceptional organizational, planning and time management skills
- Client-oriented, patient, and attentive with clear and positive communication skills
- Advanced level English proficiency
- Highly proactive & collaborative, self-driven with focus on delivery
- Attention to detail, able to recognize important information, analyze & research
- Flexible and comfortable in a fast-changing dynamic environment
- Project management skills
- Team player
- Proficiency in MS Office

Our department Client Services Daily Banking Ireland is responsible for daily support of our Irish corporate clients and their service portfolio in ING Bank Ireland. You’ll be working in an international team to support our clients with their payments related questions, accounts, different types of confirmations, statements, mandates and much more. How will you be contributing to ING?
You will support our corporate Irish clients with their queries,
You will be responsible for financial data investigation and analysis (payment related questions including investigations, reporting and compliance),
You will provide direct support to our corporate clients in banking operational workflow topics (fees, billing, invoicing),
You will play an essential role in continuously improving our client satisfaction by providing superior client experience,
You will directly communicate with clients in English to build up relationship with them,
You will maintain contacts with clients and/or our stakeholders and keep them informed about the progress of their requests,
You will be cooperating and partnering with other internal teams across Europe,
You will be coordinating opening of different types of accounts for our clients,
You will identify and bring forward suggestions for continuous improvement, provide inputs for global projects based on own experience and best practices from processing of the client queries.
