Digital Transformation Process Specialist (m/f)

At Slovenské elektrárne, we are creating a new team that will systematically evaluate, improve, and transform key processes across the entire company. We are looking for an expert for this team who is oriented in technologies and also understands how things work in practice. Their mission will be to translate innovative technologies into concrete solution proposals that will help processes function faster, more accurately, and with less burden.

Must Have

• Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for digitalization or automation.
• Design and implement solutions using technologies like RPA, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Evaluate the potential of artificial intelligence (NLP, predictive analytics, generative models).
• Connect technology with business needs in collaboration with internal teams.
• Monitor digital trends and adapt them to the company context.
• Prepare business cases for individual initiatives.
• University degree (informatics, technical fields, management or related).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with digitalization or process automation.
• Experience with low-code platforms (Power Automate, RPA, Power Apps).
• Overview of AI utilization in business (OCR, predictive models, chatbots, NLP).
• Experience with process design and optimization (e.g., Lean principles).
• Ability to think innovatively, independently, and translate needs into functional solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

• University education II. degree (informatics, technical fields, management or related fields).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with digitalization or process automation.
• Experience with low-code platforms (Power Automate, RPA, Power Apps...).
