The Facilities Analyst at Experian is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and conservation of Experian's facilities. This role guarantees all general services, good functioning, and maintenance of facilities, addressing internal client requests promptly, with quality, and within budget. Must Have

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative, general services, or facilities areas.
  • Proficiency in Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Oracle.
  • Intermediate English level.

Job Description

The Facilities area is concerned with the services necessary to operate, maintain and conserve Experian's headquarters. We exist to allow the company to focus all its efforts on the business while we take care of managing the facilities comprehensively.

Guarantee all general services, the proper functioning and maintenance of the facilities at Experian's headquarters. Attend to all requests from internal clients in the day-to-day operation, under standards of timeliness, quality and costs.

Deliverables:

  • Guarantee the good maintenance and functioning of the facilities and all office equipment (Videoconference, TV, paper shredders and water dispensers) and their connections, among others.
  • Monitoring and control of the daily operation of Experian's offices to ensure timely and efficient provision of cleaning, cafeteria, cleaning supplies, cafeteria, stationery, preventive and corrective maintenance services.
  • Monthly reports on equipment and system maintenance, follow-up on pending tasks.
  • Area management indicators month by month.
  • Reports on consumption of cleaning supplies, cafeteria and stationery, courier services, taxi consumption and/or travel expenses.
  • Management reports corresponding to the Facilities management.

Requirements

The Administrative Analyst must have knowledge and management for adequate administrative management regarding the facilities, maintenance and logistics of the general services required by Experian's facilities.

Education:

  • Professional in Architecture, Civil/Electrical/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or other related fields.

Experience:

  • Between 2 to 5 years of experience working in administrative areas, general services or facilities, managing maintenance and facility management processes. Ability to interact with people and respond to their needs, knowledge of occupational safety requirements and facility operation.

Required technical knowledge:

  • Office (Word, Power Point, Excel), Oracle.

Languages:

  • Intermediate English
