We are seeking a Field Supervisor in Argentina to lead and manage field work activities, ensuring methodological compliance, high-quality data collection, and correct process execution. This role involves team management (12-20 auditors), training, performance monitoring, and operational support, working closely with QCT analysts and field administration teams. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in related areas and a university degree.

Must Have

  • Lead a team of 12 to 20 field auditors, ensuring their onboarding, training, and professional growth.
  • Conduct validations based on QCT and field administration analysis, as well as own follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with field methodology and data quality standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor the recruitment of establishments/channels, including complex cases.
  • Plan visits and manage store reassignments.
  • Monitor field work progress (RA, RRES, NIV, etc.).
  • Administer devices and tools for auditors.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, field operations, retail, or market research.
  • University degree.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and communication skills, with a focus on results.
  • Ability to handle dynamic environments and solve problems effectively.
  • Residency in Argentina (hybrid model 2 days).

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of field methodology, CDAR tools and processes.
  • Intermediate English.

We are looking for a Manager responsible for leading and managing field work activities, ensuring compliance with methodology, high-quality data collection, and correct process execution. The position includes team management, training, performance monitoring, and operational support, working in close collaboration with QCT analysts and field administration teams.

Key Responsibilities

Team management and development:

  • Lead a team of 12 to 20 field auditors, ensuring their onboarding, training, and professional growth.
  • Provide coaching and support during field visits.
  • Monitor KPIs and administrative objectives (vacations, CONCUR, etc.).
  • Manage resources: hiring, interviews, resignations, and related procedures.

Field operations and quality control:

  • Perform validations based on QCT and field administration analysis, as well as own follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with field methodology and data quality standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor the recruitment of establishments/channels, including highly complex cases.
  • Perform physical verifications in stores and extraordinary validations when necessary.
  • Support special projects and internal/external client visits.

Administration and support:

  • Plan visits and manage store reassignments.
  • Monitor the progress of field work (RA, RRES, NIV, etc.).
  • Administer devices and tools for auditors.
  • Align weekly/monthly action plans with QCT analysts.
  • Report progress and critical points to the delivery leader and QCT analyst.

Qualifications

For internal talent:

  • Minimum 2 years within the company.
  • “Achieved Goals” rating in the last performance evaluation.
  • Residency in Argentina (hybrid model 2 days).
  • English and Spanish.

For external candidates:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related area (auditing, field operations, retail, market research).
  • University degree.
  • Knowledge of field methodology, CDAR tools and processes (highly desirable).
  • Intermediate English (preferred).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and communication skills, with a focus on results.
  • Ability to handle dynamic environments and solve problems effectively.
