Senior Project Manager (Contract)

Tech Holding is seeking a self-starting, team-playing Senior Project Manager to join their growing family. This role involves taking charge of technical teams to exceed client expectations. Responsibilities include managing digital programs from inception to delivery, documenting project activities, facilitating Scrum meetings, driving decision-making, and efficiently planning and prioritizing deliverables across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for technology.

Must Have

• Manage digital programs (multiple projects) from inception to delivery phase.
• Document project activities such as project plans, meeting notes, agendas, and weekly status reports.
• Hands-on Agile experience, facilitating Scrum meetings (Daily Scrum, Backlog Review, Retrospective, Sprint Planning) and guiding others.
• Ability to drive decision-making, efficiently plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple projects.
• Ability to work PST hours.
• Expert in Project Management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
• Ability to manage Project Scope, Resource matrix, Risks, and Go To Market steps.
• Certified in Scrum Alliance certifications (Advanced CSM, CPO, Agile Leadership/Coaching).
• Expert in Scrum framework.
• Ability to report on KPI and Critical Success Factors (CSFs).
• Ability to put together a process centered around Scrum.

Good to Have

• Experience managing multiple digital web and mobile projects
• Testing skills
• Product definition/requirements

Responsibilities:

• Management of digital program (multiple projects) from inception to delivery phase.
• Document activities of the project team, such as project plans, meeting notes, agendas, weekly status reports, etc.
• Hands on Agile experience with multiple companies – knows how to facilitate Scrum meetings (Daily Scrum, Backlog Review, Retrospective, Sprint Planning) but also guide others.
• The PM needs to possess the unique ability to drive decision-making. They’re there from start to finish. They are ready to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects.
• Impressive executive presence and communication abilities passion for technology and being a part of a fast-growing global company
• Must be able to work PST hours

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and communication skills is a MUST
• Experience managing team of software development and and PMs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle. We want someone with an intuitive understanding of how our work gets done.
• MUST be an expert in Project Management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and other related communications tools.
• Ability to manage Project Scope, Resource matrix, Risks and Go To Market steps
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate both the client and the team.
• Must be certified in Scrum Alliance certifications (Advanced CSM, CPO, Agile Leadership/Coaching

Must Have:

• Scrum framework expert
• Reporting on KPI and Critical Success Factors (CSFs)
• Ability to put together a process centered around Scrum
• Scrum certified
