Business Analyst (Contractor)

Tech Holding is a full-service consulting firm seeking a Business Analyst for a project-based assignment in Los Angeles County. This role involves facilitating stakeholder meetings, collaborating with UX, engineering, and QA teams, and independently writing product requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a proven track record in translating business requirements into actionable deliverables, utilizing tools like JIRA Software.

Must Have

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather input and ensure requirements are understood.
• Work closely with UX, engineering, and QA teams to meet product requirements.
• Write product requirements independently and ensure successful implementation.
• Utilize JIRA Software to track progress and communicate with team members.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience gathering and documenting BRDs or creating user stories.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with JIRA Software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience gathering and documenting BRDs or creating user stories.
• Experience with Salesforce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA Software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Work Schedule:
