As a Production Supervisor, you will manage production, lead your team, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with safety standards, and participate in new equipment and process startups.

Must Have

• Manage the production of your scope while respecting SQCDM objectives (Safety, Quality, Cost, Deadlines, Management)
• Lead and supervise your team daily, ensuring skill development and adherence to standards
• Drive continuous improvement: PDCA, QRQC, waste reduction and performance optimization
• Ensure compliance with work standards and safety rules
• Participate in the startup of new equipment and processes
• Education: Bac to Bac +3 (level 1) or Bac +4/5 (level 2) in technical or production management
• Knowledge of problem analysis and resolution tools (PDCA, FTA)
• Mastery of production standards and IT tools
• Leadership, communication, field proximity

SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES wishes to integrate a Production Supervisor M/F into its teams!

As such, several tasks are entrusted to you:

• Manage the production of your scope while respecting SQCDM objectives (Safety, Quality, Cost, Deadlines, Management),

Qualifications

• Education: Bac to Bac +3 (level 1) or Bac +4/5 (level 2) in technical or production management,
