Publicis Luxe, an agency specializing in luxury and lifestyle brands, is seeking an Administrative Assistant Intern for January 2026. This role involves essential administrative tasks, working directly with agency management. The intern will handle expense reports, manage timesheets, prepare purchase orders, organize technical aspects of plenaries and client workshops, coordinate business travel, manage office supplies, assist in vendor research, and ensure smooth communication between general services and other agencies. This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in a stimulating professional environment.
Must Have
- Process and track expense reports.
- Manage agency directors' timesheets.
- Prepare and edit purchase orders.
- Organize technical aspects of plenaries and client workshops.
- Coordinate business travel, seminars, and other events.
- Manage office installation, supply rotation, and stock.
- Assist in vendor research (goodies, restaurants, agency party venues).
- Ensure effective liaison between general services, mail service, and agencies.

Publicis Luxe is looking for an administrative assistant / junior personal assistant. Working directly with the agency's management, you will perform various administrative tasks essential to the daily operation of our agency. This role is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a stimulating professional environment.
Your missions will be:
- Process and track expense reports.
- Manage the timesheets of the agency directors.
- Prepare and edit purchase orders.
- Organize the technical aspects of plenaries, as well as client workshops.
- Coordinate business travel, seminars, and other events.
- Manage the installation, rotation of office supplies, and stock.
- Assist in the search for service providers (goodies manufacturing, restaurants, agency party venues).
- Ensure effective liaison between general services, the mail service, and agencies to ensure fluid communication and optimal coordination between teams.
6-month maximum internship to be filled in January 2026 – mandatory school agreement.
Qualifications

- Are organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
- English is a plus.
