Job Summary
Starcom Germany is a leading media and communications agency, developing brand experiences that inspire people and ensure client success worldwide. We specialize in Experience Design for top brands like Samsung and Visa. In our consulting units, we manage strategic and operational media planning, advising clients on integrated communication, developing media strategies, and coordinating with partners.
Must Have
- Advise and guide clients in integrated communication across all channels, considering the Human Experience approach.
- Develop tailored media strategies for clients and derive the appropriate media mix.
- Create and implement media plans.
- Act as a contact person for media partners and service providers, coordinating media planning and purchasing.
- Participate in new business projects and pitches.
- Completed a degree in economics with a focus on marketing or a commercial education related to marketing.
- Initial professional experience in the media/advertising industry.
- Committed, communicative, team-oriented, and high standards for work quality.
- Strong affinity for numbers and good Excel skills.
- Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. B2).

Overview
In our consulting units, the strategic and operational planning of media usage for our renowned clients is bundled.
You advise and lead clients in integrated communication, develop media strategies and plans, coordinate with media partners, and support new business projects.
Responsibilities
- You advise and lead your clients in integrated communication across all communication channels, taking into account our Human Experience approach.
- You develop a tailored media strategy for your clients.
- Based on this, you derive the appropriate media mix.
- You create the corresponding media plans and implement them.
- Furthermore, you act as a contact person for media partners and service providers and coordinate media planning and purchasing.
- You participate in new business projects / pitches.
Qualifications
- You have completed a degree in economics with a focus on marketing or a commercial education related to marketing.
- A great enthusiasm for the media/advertising industry characterizes you, and you already have initial professional experience in this area.
- You are committed, communicative, team-oriented, and have the highest standards for the quality of your work.
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and good Excel skills.
- You speak fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. B2).
