Job Summary
The Digital Activation Executive supports the setup, delivery, and optimization of digital campaigns, translating implementation plans into online media buying. This role involves managing campaign activations from start to finish, including briefing, order checking, tagging, trafficking, and media booking. The executive also supports the manager with data, insights for planning, and various media activation tasks, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and adhere to best practices.

- Compile and upload 3rd party auditing or Media Mix Modelling data.
- Respond to account queries within 14 days.
- Understand PMX and Zenith products.

Overview
Role Purpose:
Support the setup, delivery, and optimisation of digital campaigns, bringing the implementation plan to life across all online media buying. The role is also to support the manager with data and insights for planning implications and media activation tasks.
Accountabilities:
Client Service
- Take an active interest and understanding of the culture, consumer, category and competitive context of the client’s business. Able to articulate key client challenges.
- Ensure all key clients reports are updated in a timely, accurate and client friendly manner.
**Investments & Activations:
Campaign Activations & Delivery**
- Execute campaign bookings by placing accurate orders with media partners based on the approved media plan. Keep internal budget trackers up to date and verify all spend reports for accuracy.
- Lead campaign activation from start to finish, including briefing and analysing trading proposals, checking insertion orders [IOS], applying tags, trafficking creatives, apply audience targeting, booking media, and setting up campaigns
- Ensure pacing is on track and performance is optimised to deliver set ACTIVATIONS goals and KPIs. Flag any issues with publishers, clients and team
- Apply brand safety lists every month on campaigns. Adhere to all compliance, agency best practice. Must have MBA sign-off and/or receive Purchase Order. Ensure all booking confirmation, booking contracts are recorded in share drives
- Action any change to media bookings promptly and accurately. Record changes and ensure all team members are up to date with latest status
- Work closely with Manager to QA campaigns before launch.
Trading & Partnerships:
- Support media partnerships and sponsorships by managing digital deliverables, monitoring timelines, and ensuring all creative, tracking, and platform elements are correctly implemented and delivered as planned.
- Negotiate makegoods or compensation if campaign is not delivering to planned targets.
Reporting & Insights:
- Responsible for the completion of all data in post reports, pacing reports and insights, Quarterly value trackers.
Processes & Best Practices:
- Apply correct service fee and ad tech fees in campaign activation
- Use appropriate briefing templates, include the right context and manage media owner feedback.
- Support the development of Co-ordinators by providing basic on the job training on all industry tools and reporting. Review progress with Digital I& A Manager
- Support onboarding of new staff onshore and offshore on digital campaign set up and finance processes
- Capable of delegating and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
- Responsible for the preparation of billing across the client patch, with the support of the coordinator
- Responsible for ensuring that all booking confirmations have been checked, loaded and coded correctly in SMD two days after booking
- Ensuring the correct PO#s are applied and all documentation is saved
- Ensures all campaigns are reconciled through to media plan to reflect actual activity after month-end invoicing. Complete budget reconciliation for Manager's approval
- Compile and upload 3rd party auditing or Media Mix Modelling data ensuring it is accurate and to deadline with support from coordinators
- Responsible for responding to all account queries within 14 days of allocation with a correct and final resolution
- Clear understanding of all PMX and Zenith products and where they are applicable for clients - APEX, Publicis Lift, Precision.
- Be the best representative of our core values by contributing to the broader agency culture and initiatives. Project confidence, energy and build team morale
- Promote a professional work environment for you and your client group, respecting company policies
- Support agency operations by implementing best practice and ways of working
- Actively participate in brainstorm, internal forums, team training and development to enhance craft knowledge and share learnings across teams, especially emerging connection opportunities
- Driving Zenith's profile in market by representing the agency in a positive manner, sharing agency news or thought leadership via your social networks
- Build strong and positive relationships with media owners, creative, PR, platforms, tech and other agency partners,
- Attend and contribute to all external Media Owner WIPs. Ensure key discussion points are captured in contact reports. Focus on campaign management and delivery, and two-way feedback.
- Actively participate in Sales Presentations, Training and Events organised by media owners and industry bodies.
